Introduction to Home Elevator Landing Door Device

Today I will give you a detailed introduction to the floor door device. What parts does the floor door device consist of? There is a floor door sill on the top and two hall door panels below. First of all, let’s talk about the heavy hammer. It is a steel wire rope that is pulled tightly. There is an iron hammer below. It is responsible for self-locking the door. If the heavy hammer is not pulled, the door will not close. If you release it, it will close. The function of the heavy hammer is self-locking. If the steel wire rope of the heavy hammer is broken, the elevator will not close in place when closing the door, and a malfunction will occur. We open this triangular lock during normal maintenance. When you twist it to open it, the door opens. If you turn it in the opposite direction, it won’t work. There is only one direction. In the middle is a door lock mechanism, a lock hook, and an auxiliary door lock. The voltage here is 110V. Be careful not to touch it. There is a protective cover inside, and a center hall door. This is composed of an auxiliary door lock, one door and one lock. When we maintain this door lock, we should wipe it to see if there is dust that causes poor contact. There is also a hook lock. We must pay attention here that if the door is closed well, our gap is two millimeters. If we pull it open two millimeters to the left and right, the depth should be greater than seven millimeters. There is just a scale line. If we adjust the door lock normally, we have a scale line. There is basically no problem if we adjust it in this way. Then let us introduce the composition of this hanging plate. It consists of two hanging wheels on the top, which are hung on the guide rail. We can slide freely. We are very natural now. There are also two small screws below, and there is a wheel called an eccentric wheel at the back. What are the functions of these two wheels? If it is adjusted properly, the door can be opened and closed smoothly. If it is adjusted too tight, the door will not open. Another function is that if the door is hit from the outside, it will not fall off easily. If there is no eccentric wheel, the door will easily fall out of the groove when pushed. It prevents it from falling out of the groove.Ha442921093814051a3d35293dc979ec7d.jpg_720x720q50
