There is also such a switch at the top of our shaft, which is called the upper limit. If all these switches are disconnected, our elevator will stop. The function of the counterweight buffer and car buffer is that if the elevator reaches the top floor and it still goes up, the counterweight will still come down. If this is pressed, the switch will be blocked, so this The elevator stops at that time. On the contrary, when our elevator reaches the negative first floor, it also falls down when it comes down from this platform. At this time, we also press the buffer to reduce the pressure, and the elevator is forced to stop. This is the buffer switch. The lower limit is the same. When the elevator is level, our gear switch is in this position and it cannot be pressed. If the elevator fails and falls down at this time, the switch is pressed and the elevator is forced to stop. The up and down emergency stop is when the platform is repaired and it is safe when it is knocked down to the shaft. The elevator cannot move. What is the function of the tensioner switch? If the wire rope is running or a foreign object falls into it, it will fall out of the groove and the switch will be turned off, and the elevator will stop.
